I ordered a Cachapas with shredded chicken. There was no cheese on the Cachapa just an insane amount of chicken. When ordering in person, they AUTOMATICALLY add cheese to the order. What’s the need to short someone of their order just because its online? That’s not right. I’ve ordered many times before I know what I ask for. They always add mozzarella cheese automatically.

I ordered a Patacon with pernil and the pernil is so very dry and the food is so tasteless. They didn't even use salt. And why advertise a bottle of Sprite if you are going to give me a can?
