• DoorDash orderThe Monica pizza is the single greatest pizza I've ever had in my life. I can hardly resist sneaking a piece on the short drive home when we order it to go. Really all of the pizzas are fabulous, and we love how quick and fresh everything is. Save room for dessert!! The cakes are delicious, and remind me of cafe cakes I used to get when I lived near the Northern border of Italy. We recently moved to the Inverness area, and frequent Capella's about every other week.

• DoorDash orderThe QUALITY of the ingredients is top-of-the line. You've never tasted such FLAVORFUL pepperoni or mozzarella (we had the Siena Pizza). I think we're now ruined for all other inferior pizza! We also had the Blue Insalata/salad (large enough for my husband and I to split one). Ah-may-zing! Loaded with blueberries (not a single sqishy one-a pet peeve of mine!), tons of cheese and mounds of pecans and fresh spring mix. The apricot dressing was the perfect compliment to the salad ingredients. Pistachio Cannoli was good, maybe not a freshly fried shell, but admittedly, as a former pastry chef I'm pickier than most.

• DoorDash orderI don't usually leave reviews, but this was the best food I've had in a long time---the best pizza I've had in Birmingham and maybe the best pizza I've had period (I got the Monica). And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the Lemon Cake is to die for. Eat here. You won't regret it.

• DoorDash orderThe Margherita was the bomb. Fresh ingredients, the sauce , the dough *chief's kiss* I have been in search of the best pizza in Birmingham and I may have found it. The house made ranch is great too.

• DoorDash orderCapella's is our favorite pizza place, hands down. It is the closest thing to authentic Italian pizza we’ve had in the States. My favorite is the MEDITERRANEAN pizza, but we also get the MARGHERITA every time. We love their Roman Salad, too. I don't like mushrooms but they said the MONICA was delicious as well.
