The 3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ are nothing like they look like in the picture, what they actually give you looks like a joke. Just a bunch of scraps of fried chicken. Would not recommend!!!

Very stale Natural-Cut French Fries, taste like an older batch they were just trying to get rid of. Same for the onion rings they were hard to bite through on the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger®. So disappointed because usually I like Carls Jr

I paid extra for changes in my order and they sent me whatever they wanted. Ordered waffle fries and different drink and I received regular fries and coke. The burger was good.
