I asked for no mayo or Special Sauce and the burger was absolutely covered in it. I also asked for an extra hamburger patty for my pups, which I was charged for and did not receive. they also dumped my chocolate cake in the bag upside down so most of the frosting came off of it. all in all, probably won't get Carl's Jr in the future since these people basically didn't pay any attention at all.

The food was good but the bacon burger looked like it had been thrown down an alley! Had to piece it together to be able to even pick it up and eat it. Yuck.

It is fast food, so I shouldn't expect much, but this store is horrible. They always send cold food, and they constantly get the order wrong . I still cant believe anyone thought paying fast food workers $20hr was a good idea.
