Cava has been essential in my health journey with their variety of bowls that offer fresh veggies, healthy fats, and great amounts of protein. I'm watching sodium intake and these bowls check that box too!

I loved everything! Fresh & very flavorful! You barely need the dressing if you add hummus & tzatziki! 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be purchasing again. The hummus, tzatziki, & feta dip is great! I LOVED the jalapeño flavor in the feta dip!

Great to have more healthy and diverse options! Grain/Greens bowls that you can tailor to your own preferences were delightful. The perfectly cooked grains/proteins with fresh crisp greens/veggies are a new favorite! Eggplant dip was excellent.
