The grain bowl was so delicious and super healthy. RightRice tastes like rice but a lot healthier. Roasted veggies include Brussels sprouts. YUM! My blood sugars were great 2 hours after. Great for diabetics. Took a point away as it's a little pricey.

Lately they have been super undwhelming. Adding very little meat to the bowls and even skimping on the rice and greens. Initially they filled the bowls and now the bowls are coming almost half full. They did the opposite of what chipotle did, as far as portions go. It's ridiculous to pay $20 for a bowl and got 2 pieces of chicken in it. Unreal! The bowl looks pathetic.

Kids meal Meat was burned, cold. Spicy Lamb Meatball sanwich was so sloppy, sauce everywhere meatballs were also burned and cold, only 4 piece in the sandwich not worth$16

I ordered the Greens + Grains Bowl with Saffron Basmati Rice but was only given a small portion of only white rice. Additionally, no utensils or napkins were given despite being requested on the order. Long time customer of Cava so really disappointed with the service this time.

Food was delicious! Fresh and truly tasty. We had the Steak Mezze Salad and the Harissa Avocado bowl. This meal did not disappoint. Even the pita was light and fluffy.
