I grew up outside of NYC. Since moving to the Pittsburgh area, I have had ok pizza. I have had good pizza. But there has been nothing like where I grew up...until last night! We got a half pepperoni and half bacon and black olives. Not only was the flavor amazing, with a great balance of spices, including a touch of garlic, but the crust was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It's been said the only way to get that is from the water there because of the mineral content. Well, the pizza last night was spot on with both flavor and texture.
Only one request. The only option for sausage was hot/spicy. Can you please add regular Italian sausage? As soon as you do and I know about it, I'm ordering another pizza!!!

Cenci's is not messing around when it comes to pasta. I honestly didn't expect much, but it was so delicious! Also, the Staub pizza is my favorite pizza I've ever had. We've probably ordered more than 50 of them over the last few years!

Staub Pizza is out of this world, and the Hot BBQ wings are super solid. Cenci's is the pizza Go-To around here. Can't speak for the rest of the menu though, I'm a creature of habit so I told you my whole order already.
