Food flavor is usually good but the presentation matters too. Received tea instead of cola. Smeared food on the outside of the food containers is just gross. Steaks put in flimsy styro containers that leak. I spend more money to order food from here in order to get quality on ALL levels. This was not even during rush hour and is not the first time the staff has exhibited careless or indifferent service.

container was lopsided so all the sauce leaked out . entree should have been on bottom with the salad on top. otherwise it was good

WALT’S CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN SALAD is of course always a winner. THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN TENDER PLATTER was not quite as warm as it should have been. However, never, ever, skip the gravy. It is always great!

The food was delicious. However we had to call Charleston's after using door dash app since the door dash menu was inaccurate (i.e., wanted chicken fried steak but menu said chicken fried chicken).
