I got the Breakfast Poutine. I have had it many times before and I love it at breakfast. This time, they had the option to switch the poutine gravy for hollandaise sauce and omg it's amazing! I love Chez Vachon!

Santa Fe Omelet is to die for! And their Crepes are amazing! Portions are as good as their prices! If you're on the fence about ordering absolutely anything on the menu, trust me when I say - Just Do it!! You're going to be happy you did!!
And Omg I can't believe I almost forgot about their Pistachio Cake!! It is always so fresh, light and Pistachio creamy and once you try it you WILL want it every time!! It's THAT good!!

was so happy I found this place 🙂 not too many places serve French Canadian food..
I order a slice of salmon pie which was amazing and slice pork pie. pork pie was decent little different from what I've had. and for dessert I got a slice of pistachio cake which was huge and was like heaven. definitely will order again!

Biggest pancakes in the world... so fluffy... so spongy... enormous crepes too! Can never go wrong with the world-famous poutine and their corned-beef hash. And this is what a Monte Cristo sandwich is supposed to be!! <3 <3 <3 (<- those are hearts)

Ordered the Ruben Sandwich. Very tasteful. Meat was flavorful and soft. Could have used more cheese and thousand island dressing but overall satisfying. Don't expect a huge sandwich as portion was slim. I would recommend ordering two sandwiches if really hungry.
