The sandwich was supposed to be grilled but I got the fried chicken. there was no bacon on the sandwich and barely any BBQ sauce. Not worth the money.

Hands down the best fast food restaurant with the kindest customer service you can get. I've NEVER had my order messed up a chic fi a. That's just mind blowing. The food is ALMOST always fresh and hot.
