• DoorDash orderthe waffle fries were really soggy and flimsy and the chicken the breading was peeling off they looked old everything was cold like they was microwaved the food just didn't seem as fresh as it usually does this time around

• DoorDash orderThe salads were delicious, beautifully made, fresh crisp blend of greens and fruit. The store newly opened in front of the Boardman Giant Eagle and the Tiffany Blvd store take pride in the presentation and quality of the food they serve whereas the mall store throws together orders without caring if it is even edible. I will never order from the mall store again---I gave a chicken nugget to my dogs and they were ill for two days.

• DoorDash orderIf this had been the 1st time id ever had Chick's I would never eat there again! My mum wanted 2 Grilled Chicken Sandwich's they were both burnt! The Chicken Noodle Soup was all over the bag and had no noodles! I dont know if they were supposed to be added before serving so it was just an overlook or if one of the workers intentionally served it without them, but either way unacceptable. We both loved the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal. The only issue was how watery the pimento cheese is... it definitely isnt the nice thick pimento cheese disk from your advertisements!
Maybe it was Chick' having a bad day... thats what im hoping anyway!
