• DoorDash orderI love Chic-fil-A...when they get the order right. But there are a few times when they mess it up completely and it ruins your whole meal and night. For example, not sending drinks or sauces, and like tonight, giving me the wrong type of Spicy Southwest Salad. They sent a cold sliced up chicken salad and not my regular spicy whole and warm filet. Good thing I decided not to get a drink only because I feared they would've forgotten it again. I think they need to make sure that whoever is working delivery orders knows how to read and comprehend properly.
