Chick-fil-A is usually great but this time was really a let-down. The fries were half full with all the sauces piled on top so they were soggy and all smushed together and I also never received the peppermint shake I ordered.

Two orders of fries were ordered and only ONE LARGE was delivered. Given it was close to closing time, perhaps this is all that was available the clock, but that is unacceptable service and we should be refunded. I've never had a problem with this Chick-fil-A before that I am extremely disappointed tonight.

My order was sloppily put together and the fries were barely filled halfway. The nuggets were not filled completely either.
