chicken was dry and not very tasty like it is normally. Chicken Express is very inconsistent with their product preparation.

the tenders were almost impossible to eat because they were either old or very overcooked. The chicken was dry and tough like jerky and, in total, only probably 1 out of 4 tenders were edible. which is sad bc I was looking forward to them and they c out $16 through door dash, so a lot of wasted $.

My order was perfect and the food was good. The only thing I wish Chicken Express would add is anti-tampering bands to the drinks. Love the anti-tampering bag the food came in.
