⸻ I order chicken from this place quite often because I truly believe it’s the best in town. However, today’s order was a bit disappointing. My partner and I noticed that the batter was much thicker than usual, which made the texture a little heavy. One of the thigh pieces also seemed slightly undercooked—it was bleeding a bit inside and had a faint off smell. I still really enjoy this spot and hope this was just a one-time issue. Looking forward to better consistency next time!

Pickup window was 9:30-9:40. I arrived at 9:40 and nothing was even cooked. I had to sit and wait for the food which defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead for pickup time. Luckily I left extra time before I needed to be where I was headed otherwise I would have been late to arrive at my event with the food.

I had the Yangyeom Chicken. While it is not the best one in town, it is okay. The chicken pieces are dry, overcooked, and it is not coated with sauce properly.

Ive ordered from here alot before, and usually its amazing. today was not goodvery fast delivery thankfully but, cold and soggy French Fries and the Original Chicken was still alittle warm but a far cry from fresh, and the Yangyeom Chicken was abit better, although it might have been the sauce that held that one together. all in all I will be ordering again I just hope it will be better next time.
