when my burrito arrived it was cold the meat was not hot and the tortilla was soggy I'm not sure if it's because it took a minute for my dasher to get my order but i dont think that is the case I think they didn't use fresh ingredients or they made it and let it sit and then took forever to give it out to my dasher because she was waiting a hot minute for it I do have to say every time I order I'm disappointed and mad because I basically waste $30 for chewy meat or a cold burrito I ended up having to throw it away because it was so soggy and I kept thinking about how the meat was cold which meant they probably weren't fresh ingredients honestly Chipotle I'm tired of wasting 30 bucks on your food that's not edible!

The past few times ive ordered from here now, my Burrito Bowl has had about 3 pieces of chicken on it. Genuinely disappointed. Done ordering from here.
