We got 2 burrito bowls and both came perfect. The almost $4 side of queso wasn't worth how much it is honestly just because it was so small but it was all really good!

Always inconsistent, sloppy, half the time it's wrong. One burrito bowl was overflowing and the other was half full. No portion control or quality control. The only time there is any consistency is if you go in the store. Disappointing.

Burritos were half the size they normally are. Paying nearly $20 per burrito delivered they should have been much bigger.

I ordered Chips & Queso Blanco and all I got was the cheese with my Burrito Bowl. super annoying 7 dollars I won't get back. Burrito Bowl was half the size of when I go in person
