They gave me hard rice and one little scoop of beef barcbcoa in the Burrito Bowl , but when I buy from this store in person they fill the Burrito Bowl correctly so I feel like they are doing this because I didn't get to order in person.

I ordered 2 burritos for $37 my burritos should've been much more fuller. Now I understand why that lady on that viral video went in behind the counter and made her own food. I can barely taste the chicken starting to wonder is there any in here smh

The rice is hard and the cilantro is black. The guacamole has onion skin in it. The jalapeño are large. This food is expensive so it should be made fresh. Very disappointed!

The burrito was 2/3rds the size it is when I go to a normal Chipotle. I didn't get fillings I ordered.

The rice was hard, which made the food less enjoyable unfortunately. The chips were extremely salty, I couldn't give them to my daughter to eat.
