Guac is brown throughout. My meat was cold & portion is very small and I paid extra. I had it delivered to my job which is 0.2 miles away. It shouldnt have been cold. Somehow ended up with lettuce when i said none. Sour cream was way too much.when i mixed it, it was soupy.

the Burrito Bowl was about half the size as last time I ordered here. the honey chicken was also incredibly chewy, I ended up having to spit most of it out unfortunately. I'm still hungry and it feels like I wasted $20

I ordered the burrito bowl with extra chicken and my chicken was burnt and I didn't receive extra chicken and I paid for. Usually my order is good but this time I don't know who's doing it but they did not do a good job especially when it comes out to $32 for a simple burrito bowl

delivery portions are always, in my experience, much smaller than when ordering in person. steak had a lot of unsuitable pieces, lots of gristle. very little actual salad in the Salad. Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa were fine, heat was good. overall: pretty mid.

The Wholesome Bowl had so much guacamole on it like excessive the Keithadilla had maybe 5 pieces of steak they forgot my dressing! Sad sad order and packaging today I paid 10.80 for half a small bag of chips and I ordered Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco
