the Burrito Bowl and Salad with chicken was so tasty and loaded with all good ingredients. I got steak Burrito Bowl and wouldn't order anything else other than this fantastic meal. so much food and so tasty. love it

I ordered extra protein and guac and received neither in my delivery order. Instead it looked like I got 1/2 an order of chicken and a sad portion of rice and beans. Smallest bowl i have ever seen. They charge you $20 for a bowl with half the ingredients missing. Not the first time I have heard them skimping on delivery orders.

The guac was old and tasted funny. Not happy with how much the chips are to begin with and then to receive semi old guac is gross and honesty a waste of my money. The food is usually great at this place so, I'm kind of surprised at this as it is normally not the case.

I received a small amount of toppings. Only when I go in person does chipotle give a good a of food. Otherwise thou it was tasty.

clearly the store doesn't care about the negative reviews and I can verify all of it is true. Twice I ordered via doordash and paid the additional $5 for the extra portion and it was abysmal, I'm not sure what's going on with them, it used to be the best chipotle in the whole county and it's sad to see the downfall. I had to fuss about getting my money refunded for the low portion despite paying additional for it. I would love to order again now but I'm really hesitant because of my previous experiences.
