I had a steak burrito bowl and the steak chunks were gigantic. They were way bigger than any other Chipotle I've been to. Some might like that; I didn't, especially when no knife was provided .

The steak Burrito the cubes of steak hard as rock . completely way over cooked mostly burnt. The burrito was huge but filled with 2 cups of rice about tablespoon of hard cubes of meat maybe some whole bean. It was horrible actually the worst burrito . i paid $30 for 2 burrito. they were both thrown in the trash. Never again

The bowl had dribbles of some type of tomato salsa running down the container, inside and out, no tomato items were ordered due to allergies. It was also very very cold. Chips covered in what appeared to be rock salt. OMG very very salty and could not eat them either. Very disappointed. I've eaten their food previously and always been happy.

Made without consideration or care. Salad was more like 8 pieces of spinach and barely any meat or anything else. Not the first time. Extremely micro bite portions and yet they charge full price. Poor service.
