Steak was not great quality, lots of fat and "chewy" pieces. Not to mention I paid $7 for extra steak and got MAYBE a reg sized portion of steak. But judging be the quality of steak I received, I wasnt disappointed as I didnt even eat the majorty of the bowl. I love chipotle, im sad I didnt enjoy mine today.

My Burrito Bowl was severely under filled which unfortunately has become a trend at this location, this time I added cheese and there was barely any to be seen?? My chicken looked like it was half a scoop, I normally don't really complain but the quality tends to be disappointing especially when my bowl is basically empty :( buyer beware

They decided to turn my "chips and salsa" order into "chips...that's all!" & didnt include any salsa. And one burrito is 2/3 the size of the other, on the small side for $14. Should've gotten a real mission burrito, wont make that mistake again.

Portion sizes are very inconsistent but overall have felt to be on the small end lately, especially today. Sometimes you just want Chipotle, it's not "authentic" but it's its own thing, and tasty. But with so many good, authentic Mexican spots in SF it's hard to justify ~$20 for a steak burrito with guac when you can get a carne asada super burrito for $10-14 from a lot of places, and usually more filling (plus supporting local businesses)

Got a chicken burrito, there were 4 tiny burnt pieces of chicken and then the entire rest of the burrito was full of rice... You could literally fit all the chicken in the burrito in tablespoon, I have no idea how they thought this was acceptable...
