• DoorDash orderChipotle's quality has downgraded so much. Our chicken was burnt and dry. They barely put any queso on our bowls and paying extra for more meat and the cheese is very disappointing. We had some rice bites that were not cooked all the way. Won't be eating at this restaurant anymore.

• DoorDash orderThe bowl was ok but not great. Rice was just a gigantic mush pile, no napkins plastic wear provided. Seems like the stuff was dumped in with no care. There were like 5 small pieces of chicken and one piece was so dry and hard it was inedible. Disappointing for Chipotle.

• DoorDash orderSeems like there was less food on the burrito bowl. At the price it was I would think it would be full to the top. It's always been like that until now. I paid $15!!! I rather not order from here anymore maybe I'll try freebirds .

• DoorDash orderThis is the second time I've ordered the large chips and guacamole. The first time I thought it might be just a one time thing. However, both times, the guacamole has has chunks of brown in it, and seems not to be fresh. Stay away from bad guacamole! Definitely not worth 10+ dollars!
