There were several pieces of rice that were hard as a rock. I also ordered chips and queso and the chips were not salted and most were stale, in the very small handful I got.

I can't imagine why there are any bad reviews. Our order of the Three Tacos and Kid's Build Your Own steak meal with Chips & Guacamole was amazing, fresh and everything in our order was correct! Good job Chipotle!
