Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco received with no queso, and even the chips were stale. Burrito Bowl was 1/2lb of rice and minimal other ingredients. Kid's Build Your Own came assembled and not with hard shells as ordered.
Definitely not ordering from this location again.

I was not impressed. Our food was cold (it was door dashed so that might've been why but we got it pretty quickly) and it was missing the guacamole I paid almost $3 extra for. The chips were super stale and actually soft and bendy. And there were only about a handful and a half of chips in the bag. Definitely one of my least favorite chipotle experiences.

The only thing that saved this from being a one star is the fact that it was still HOT when it arrived at my home. However there was hardly any corn, pico sauce, sour cream and literally only 6-8 pieces of chicken. For a $10.70 bowl ya just expect more. There were more beans than anything.I feel like had I gone in person this wouldn't have happened. There needs to be more integrity. Burrito BowlChips

kids quesadilla - cheese wasn't even a little melted, seems like it'd be the easiest part of the meal, rice was either old or undercooked, they also forgot the queso for my chips and queso. this location has been getting worse and worse, so just go elsewhere
