My order was an absolute crime. They gave us the uncooked/raw rice that actually crunched and lodged into our teeth. My wife's burrito bowl only had fajita veggies and a mountain of quac- nothing else. Everything we order for $100 dollars was ruined. Even the queso was less than hhalf container for a larger order. Frustrated never ordering from chipotle again.

The size of my burrito barely bigger than the size of my mouse when ive paid the same amount of money for a burrito that was twice the size before. I basically paid 15 dollars for a burrito that can be eaten in three bites.

This is the second time that they got it right! I don't order the rice or beans because they are never fully cooked. My Quesadilla was FIRE! So good! You have to know what to order. Trust me with the chicken al pastor and the fajita veggies in a quesadilla! Thank you, I was starving.

Their rice is NEVER FULLY COOKED. It's not soft and fluffy like rice and other chipotle locations are supposed to be. It's always undercooked and still raw/crunchy. This location needs a better system. It's always so busy and the line moves slowly because they will take one order from a person in line and then do a couple online orders. So I'd suggest just ordering to go from DoorDash for this location. I had to wait 30 minutes when I wanted to save money and wait. My order said it would be ready by 6:15, it wasn't ready until 6:40. They need a new system because it's so busy and the order is always wrong, the ingredients aren't prepared and the right way. I always check the meat before I eat because if the rice is uncooked, it scares me about the meat.

Guacamole was all brown and did not look fresh. Brown throughout the whole container, not just the top. For $11 not what I'd expect. It went in the trash it was horrible.
