I tried to call the restaurant and they had such bad reception that she couldn't hear a word I said. I tried to order my bowl with extra rice because I added extra steak, because they don't allow you to add instructions on the app. When I received my bowl with only steak rice and cheese. There was so little cheese it was laughable. They lightly dusted the bottom of my bowl with rice and didn't make it proportional at all to what an 19 dollar dinner should be. Very disappointed in the lack of common sense and poor service regarding a proper working telephone.

The guacamole wasn't even prepared! I had big chunks of unripe avacado. I paid $30 for a $15 burrito! Terrible customer service!

whole 30 salad bowl is a rip off the only thing that was abundant was the guacamole and last time I checked a salad means greens and protein . there was very little of that. I paid fifteen dollars for guacamole and beans . never ordering chipotle again .

My veggie bowl was half empty, Rice and beans were so little. I was missing green and red sauce. Not sure why was i charged $13.45 for half of the bowl
