Food was really good but on the app it said use the drive thru to pick up but they told me DoorDash needs to come inside. Should be adjusted on app

This is a great addition to DoorDash for its conveniency especially when you're craving Chipotle. The portion I received was comparable to the portions I get in person at the restaurant, but the only downside is the Burrito Bowl is pretty pricey after including all of the excess DoorDash fees. Other restaurants available through DoorDash do not accumulate that many fees as much as this location.

When my fiance went to pick up the order the worker in the drive thru made him come inside (in the snow) to get the food. So he did and they didnt ask for ANY ID or had any reason AT ALL for him to have to go inside. On top of that.. we ordered a veggie bowl and got steak. Couldn't even eat it.
