My burrito bowl was disappointing. There was barely any chicken. The chicken that was there was burnt and flavorless. The lettuce was soggy and borderline rotten. It seemed like every ingredient was skimped. Will not be ordering from Chipotle anymore.

Supposed to be a barbacoa burrito, when it showed up, the burrito was rolled into a small rectangle, it looked much different than ever before, so I opened the burrito to find there was no meat on my burrito, it was rice, corn salsa and cheese

Absolutely gross. Greasy it was so bad it was on the outside of the wrapper and chips were so stale I thought i lost a tooth biting into it.

always fresh yumm food, my only complaint is the amount of Chips & Queso Blanco you get for the price. A handful of chips is ridiculous . Literally a handful
