The rice was not done, hard.
The fist & last time I'll ask for sour cream, that's what the majority of the bowl consisted of.
I have never had a bad experience with chipotle, I hope this was a one off.

You may want to think twice before ordering sour cream on tacos ... so much sour cream the tacos we almost not ediable ....one was so soggy that the shell was destroyed on arrival.
Other food was fine.

The salad had absolutely no lettuce. It was just toppings dumped in a bowl. There was actually "juice" of from one or more of the toppings sloshing around the top when we opened it. Fajita veggies were raw, as well. Luckily I had some lettuce at home and were of course dumped out the juice, but dang... what a joke.

The Three Tacos were almost impossible to eat. They were all wrapped together in one piece of tin foil which just made a huge mess. Would not recommend.
