Ordered two of the exact same items. One was perfect the other was not. Ice cold, barely any rice, looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Also ordered the large chips and queso - with only a handful of chips.

I am really sad to have to write this, if there was a less than a one star review, I would leave it. Just want to be clear that this is a strict review on Chipotle and not Door Dash. I have always had great bowls delivered, to say this was a big bowl of disappointment is an understatement. First, I ordered Guacamole which we all know is a pretty big up charge, and did not receive any, there was an over abundance of sour cream and cheese, you could practically say it was a sour cream and cheese bowl with a side of rice, chicken, beans and corn as they also forgot my green salsa. The bowl was so small that I was able to eat the entire thing in one sitting (I have never done that in my entire life as it is too much for me). To top everything off, it was cold and this was no fault of Door Dash as the bowl arrived in a very timely manner. I tried calling Chipotle directly to no avail as there is no option to actually speak to someone no matter what you press, pretty sad. All in all it has me never wanting to order Chipotle via Door Dash again. Very sad that Door Dash had to be the one to reimburse me and not Chipotle as I feel this was solely on them. So, to Door Dash, I appreciate you for that.

Their menu let me add both types of rice, but they only put white rice on the burrito. The burrito was dry. It cost an extra $2 for queso, essentially melted cheese with milk, when just cheese is a free addition, to make it moist.
They don't give you any of the hot sauces available at the store when you order delivery, there's not even an option to add it.
The food from this restaurant is just worse when you order it to be delivered. I recommend buying Chipotle in the store, or not at all.
