Burrito Bowl was very light on all ingredients. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Have had consistent issues with quantity of servings from the particular restaurant. The beef barbacoa was just a single, fatty hunk of meat that I had to shred by hand. I've had far better bowls from other Chipotles.

Not really mobile order friendly. They were quick once all the mobile orders in front of you in line had their orders. Maybe just the time of day. Portions are tiny. It says large, but it's only 4 ounces. Not the employees at all. Chipotle can and has done better.

Burrito Bowl was very small in portion compared to when we order in person. Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco were stale.

Food is cold and it was delivered within 20 mins of placing order, so fairly quick to be this cold. Portions are terrible. There's barely any chicken,lettuce, or cheese. Not worth the $12 anymore. I use to could eat on one Burrito Bowl for two days, but definitely not anymore.

The bowl was amazing! But I was saddened by the fact I couldn't add request like extra rice. On the other hand, the chips were terrible, they were so stale and nasty.
