There were many pieces of dried/hard rice. The queso was bland. The quantity and quality of food did not seem to match the price. The chicken had a nice smokey flavor to it. The packaging was pleasantly organized.

WOW! Chipotle has gone WAY down hill. The chicken Burrito was awful. There was only about 4-5 chunks of chicken in the whole Burrito and they were fatty and full of gristle. It was disgusting. The other two burritos also had minimum meat and the burritos were roughly the size of a Taco Bell burrito (that is 1/5th of the price). The Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa was also disappointing. The chips were overly salted and extremely stale. I thought people were exaggerating about the decline of Chipotle, but they certainly were not.

I order this burrito a lot. I know that this burrito is more filled than normal the majority of the time because I add both beans, plus sofritas. So it's not that weird where after a few bits in, the burrito will come apart. This time though, I'm the package itself, it was slightly open, which is completely fine, I understand if you accidentally cut the aluminum too short. I opened the burrito, and it was burst at the seams, and was on the urge of opening. Which like I said earlier, is somewhat normal. I took my first bite, and there is was. Half of the filling was on my plate. This early happens, but it does happen sometimes. The burrito itself, did taste amazing. Tasted how I always liked it. Just wish it didn't fall apart immediately. But otherwise, it is really good food, and I would recommend going if you are wanting some Tex-mex food!

They're using chicken thighs now instead of breast meat. I'm not a fan, found fatty pieces I couldn't eat. Chips that I ordered on the side were stale and inedible. I've eaten at chipotle numerous times in the past, when it used to be excellent. I doubt I will ever eat there again. The food quality is terrible now and the prices are so high that it's cheaper to eat at a full service Mexican restaurant.

I'm actually pretty disappointed with my order. They got everything in my bowl correct, but it was the smallest amount of stuff in the bowl I have seen from a chipotle. Ever. Also, I asked for guac, and I got it, but I did not ask for an entire half of an avocado along with it---it was a solid half an avocado, unmashed, definitely not actual guac.
It kinda looks like it was just slapped in there and nobody was paying attention.
I also asked for utensils but got nothing, just the bowl.
