This is an $18 burrito. Literally no meat at all no lettuce no cheese. Essential just a rice wrap with salsa and a couple peppers. Also one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had trying to get my money back from door dash

I ordered from the chipotle over by akron u the food was terrible! My Burrito Bowl i order for my son had one scoop of rice and my salad bowl had only 10 pieces of lettuce and the chicken was so burned up and hard i also got 3 soft tacos they were filled with green looking tomatoes. Im soo unsatisfied $35 down the drain

The burrito bowl I ordered was half the portions it would have been if I had ordered it in person inside the store. I received half the rice. I ordered extra steak. I didn't receive extra steak, and the steak I did receive was fatty. I was extremely disappointed. I paid $25 for the bowl and delivery fees. That's too much for half the food I should have received.

I don't know what it is but I shouldn't have to be standing in the team members face on order to get a decent order or for it to be consistent. I got some crappy tacos that had 4 pieces of steak a little sour cream and 2 pieces of lettuce. the burrito Burrito Bowl was equally as sad.

The amount of meat or lack of in the Burrito Bowl is ridiculous...for almost 20 bux I'd expect more than 3 tiny pieces of meat!
