Food was ok, but I placed my order at 12pm, the dasher showed up to pick up order and they didn't have it ready. The dasher inquired and was not given any information on how long it would take. They kept making orders but none for to go. The order was finally made at 1pm.

Rice was overcooked and hard or undercooked; either way I was highly disappointed as I eat chipotle weekly either through DoorDash or chipotle app!

Maybe twice out of the 30+ times ive ordered here over the past couple years have they given me proper sized burritos/bowls. They skimp out of protein and overall port size everytime. Sure it's good for the lower calories, but not after all they raised the price on DD for this stuff.

My food came right on time, and it was incredibly tasty. The flavors were balanced, and it was just the right amount of comfort for my day. Very happy with this service!
