Unfortunately this was not the best experience. 2 orders of guacamole and chips - approx $13 wasted on stale chips and only "partially" filled guacamole container. Would not order Chips & Guacamole again. Chips were inedible. Burrito Bowl was too spicy and did not seem fresh. Kind of sad. Store is nearby --would order frequently but quality is just not up to par.

Absolutely sad portions on my door dash order. Ordered double chicken for 2 bowls and got what should be hardly 1 portion for both. When I pay $28 for 2 bowls I expect to get $28 worth of food. If I ordered one portion of chicken I imagine I would've gotten maybe 3 pieces.

Will never order from here again. I know chipotle has definitely gotten worse with portioning over the years, and it isn't employees fault, but when you can count ten small pieces of chicken and the rest is rice... wouldn't order from here again.

Overall decent batch of food. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Only two things stood out as a negative: no option to ask for toppings on the side, and the Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa was too spicy to be a "general use" salsa. If there are more than one type of salsa offered, it might be a good idea to identify the levels of heat (like at the salsa bar in the restaurant). Also, three burritos for three different people from a group order and none of them were marked with a name.

Received stale chips & a hard dried tortilla. Very dissatisfied. My bowl I ordered only had 1 singular strip of a green pepper for the grilled veggies. Ridiculous & very disappointing receiving an order of this poor quality is unacceptable.
