they gave such little meat, and little lettuce , this never used to happen. the chips are stale and hard.

Kids meal was missing 2 out of the 3 items and the black beans looked like refried beans they were so burned and mushy. The bowl was only filled 1/4 of the way, and the rice was crunchy enough that I have to assume it wasn't cooked fully.
