I have doordashed this a few times, and hardly have an issue. This was the one time I had an issue and it was very unpleasant. I paid for extra chicken, and there was HARDLY any chicken in this expensive Burrito. The burrito had almost everything else in it, in addition to excessive amounts of guacamole. With no chicken, it was a pretty much rice and guacamole and guacamole and guacamole in this Burrito. In addition to the soupy burrito, I paid $10 for a Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The chips tasted VERY stale. I may not order this again through DoorDash if this isnt fixed in some way. I paid a lot for this meal, and it was a good 3/10. Thankfully the cheese was hot for my stale chips.

3 pieces of chicken in the Burrito Bowl. And rice was pretty much raw. Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, the chips were pretty much inedible, so stale.

This is genuinely amazing that it can be made so bad. I order from this store usually about 3 times a week. The last order before this was horrible and now I got a Burrito made for a Polly pocket

Not the best Burrito..... sadly it was filled 85% beans and super bland rice and super bland Chips & Queso Blanco. Not worth the wait to get. it was poorly wrapped as well. its been 2 hours since ive ordered and its still in the wrap thats how bad it is!

My Burrito Bowl came with a large chunk of tough beef instead of the shredded barbacoa which wasnt edible. Barely any rice and so much sour cream it was like soup. The whole staff needs retraining at this store. There's always small isuess but this was ridiculous. At least pretend to care.
