Called ahead on Thursday to let them know we would be bringing a team of 35 hungry guys in and they were the most accommodating restaurant we've ever experienced. Friendly host on the phone and once we arrived they were quick and efficient.

I usually have no prob with chipotle, but I ordered a burrito with Barbacoa, brown rice, black beans and queso. The burrito was so thin, the rice tasted like pure lime, and there was almost no barbacoa in it.

My order arrived in a timely manner but was still cold. Meat was burnt, ingredients were missing, portions were laughably small, and there were parts of the avocado exterior in my gauc. I only ever have a problem with this store and the quality of my food if I order later in the evening. This keeps happening.

The food was awesome as always, but the last three times I have ordered. Received the text that my food was ready only for me to show up to the location and wait 30-45 minutes for my food to be made in front of me. Awesome chain, good food, but man has that become an inconvenience when you're on lunch constraints
