Everytime I order chipotle, im disappointed. I usually dont write reviews but this was terrible. Brown rice was hard (undercooked), chicken was probably 8 pieces and taste burnt, and literally a sprinkle of cheese.

I ordered a Burrito with pretty much everything and double wrapped tortilla. pretty much got stale tortillas 90% rice a pinch of cheese and like 4 chunks of chicken. My order is usually good from here but I'm highly disappointed tonight

The burrito was mostly sour cream. Barely any rice, cheese, or steak. The queso dip was like a paste. Would not recommend.

All of the order are ridiculously spicy, was not able to eat. It's always hit and miss with them. 1st order was amazing then we tried again, burrito was empty, only meat and wrapper. This last order was not edible due to super spicy.

Usually pretty good but this time the steak was all fat and gristle and was swimming In grease and sour cream. The sauce they were supposed to put on is never spicy this time it was so spicy I couldn't eat the whole thing. I felt like I wasted my money and will go to Qdoba for now on.
