Small steak portion and was kind of dry too. Every else was good.

Food is usually pretty good here. Tonight the guac a mole on top of the Veggie Full Bowl had grit in it like dirt. I had to spit it out, rinse out my mouth, push the guacamole off the dish and try to eat that meal that way. The Three Tacos and Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco were fine.

The Salad was missing the dressing, and the Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa had only a half cup of the salsa, but other than that, it was still Chipotle.

I don't know why theres so many poor reviews, I almost didn't order because of them - but I ordered pickup anyway (honestly to limit the frustration if it wasnt great) and it was exactly as expected. Everything was fresh, tasty, and made as requested.
