Our whole order was disgusting fries and okra overcooked. Okra is actually burnt. Both very cold.
4PC Chicken and 5PC Tenders combos both old and very cold. Only thing we could salvage was a single serving of mashed potatoes. C'mon y'all used to be better than this $50 should've gotten us decent food imo

The apple pies were fine. The chicken was nothing special and I received greasy (overly) okra and a biscuit that was crumbled. The drink was not delivered. This is the second time that this has happened. A little bit ridiculous that you pay almost $3 for a drink and you don't receive it (not once but twice).

I can't even give you more than one star.. :( one small fry had seven inside and then I didnt get my fries for my chicken sandwich. And that sandwich is really soggy and unfresh inside with too much mayonnaise. The Mac and cheese is smashed up. This is a sad meal for me and my children.. please do better this is wasted money.

Chicken and trimmings was great--I am allergic to certain spices and a couple times I've gotten spicy when I have ordered mild--Your site doesn't give me the option to specify mild--so I call your store--You have an employee De--that goes above customer service standards--She is extremely pleasant, very helpful as well as thoughtful --she added larger sides on this order--something that made me feel special. Most employees (unless they are really good at CS ) usually don't do anything special for the customer. I am retired now, but I worked a little over fifty years in customer service and I can tell you, you have a winner in this employee, De--(I'm sure you probably already know this) But if not, you definitely need to thank her with a big Atta-Boy as she is a definite asset to your company. I am a Churches fan--but more so now that I know you have this person on staff.

the chicken sandwich deal would be a huge step up... if you replaced with mc chicken patties. not even close to bun size and the chicken patty is super thin. terrible.
