I understand we ordered late in the evening but I still expect for my toppings to be mixed in fully. Especially when it's an additional cost for add-ins. I expected them to be semi mixed in and not thrown just on the top or just on the bottom. I also didn't appreciate the small amounts of strawberry sauce in my create my own Oreo ice cream or maybe the same utensil was used for my complete order. I ordered from DoorDash and no spoons or napkins were provided at all. Overall, a poor experience!

Had a birthday cake remix that was barely mixed all the way so just had one small piece of brownie at the bottom of the cup. Mostly sprinkles and cake batter ice cream.

Horrible! The browny that I asked to be added to the ice cream was whole and hard like stone, at least 3 days old. The pecans and almonds are nowhere to be found.
