Literally has never messed up any of my orders and it's always really good like I'm not much of an ice cream person but it's the best ice cream and cake I've ever had.

Strawberry Banana smoothie was not a smoothie at all. It looked like icecream in a love it cup that was inside a gotta have it cup because it was overflowing

Frozen blueberries never taste great but the ones in my Cheesecake Fantasy® Ours® (Quart - Calories Listed Per Serving) tasted straight up rotten. I thought I'd be able to work around it but the flavor ruined the whole tub of ice cream and I had to throw it away.
the Coffee Lovers Only® Ours® (Quart - Calories Listed Per Serving) was really good but there were mysterious colored sprinkles and sugar chunks in it so I'm sure they didn't wash whatever mixing machine they have between ice creams. wouldn't spend nearly $50 on an order again.

I tried the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection® Gotta Have It® the chocolate ice cream and peanut butter cups were tasty. I did think the chocolate chunks were a little tasteless when I ate a big piece by itself.

I did not get the sprinkle bowl that I paid for and the icecream tasted funny. Never happy with this store whether coffee or icecream Not sure if they know how to make the items on their menu.
