• DoorDash orderThe half chicken is delicious! I love that you can pick white or dark meat too. Their ranch tastes homemade and the Cowboy Slaw is to die for! The ranchero beans are great as well and their mashed potatoes are yum! Everything tastes super fresh and healthy and not processed at all. Very impressed!

• DoorDash reviewThe food looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The peach cobbler was runny and it was a very small portion for the cost. The restaurant takes no care to package their food in a way that ensures food safety. The containers are not sealed. The potatoes look like they came from a school cafeteria in the 1950s. Not at all worth the cost. Buyer beware.

• DoorDash orderIt was all delicious, especially the Nashville hot wings. The sides are REALLY small for the price though. The containers are small to start with and they come only half filled so it's $5.30 for maybe 5 bites of mac and cheese.

• DoorDash orderI love the 1/2 Chicken Meal but decided to try the brisket today! For $7 it's not even enough to make a small sandwich, but it tasted decent!
The Banana Puddin' I did not like. It's not thick enough and they only crumble cookies on the top. Banana pudding should be layered! All and all, the food is still great! The chicken is juicy and the sweet potato Jeanette's Homemade Peach Cobbler never disappoints!

• DoorDash orderThe cucumber salad on its own is excellent, but it feels out of place in the rice bowl. I think the dish would be better without it. However, if they were aiming to add freshness and brightness, a pineapple or mango salsa would be a great alternative. Keeping the cilantro would still work, and for an extra flavor boost, a habanero pepper could add a nice kick.
I ordered the crispy tenders as my protein, but unfortunately, the way the dish was packaged caused the chicken to lose its crispness. A simple fix, like adding a few ventilation holes in the container, could help maintain its texture.
I wasn’t a fan of the fried okra, but the mashed potatoes and gravy were solid. Overall, I’d order from this location again, though I’d likely need to make a few modifications to suit my taste.
