CRACK'D Kitchen & Coffee is a culinary driven gourmet eatery. The concept was inspired by the love of the breakfast sandwich and a need to give the community one they truly deserve.
Usually *love* the food but tried the Biscuits & Gravy this morn and it was utterly flavorless. Biscuits were soft and fluffy, really well made, but the gravy desperately needs flavor. Add some chicken base... white or black pepper... bam. (I'm a southerner, we take pride in our biscuits and gravy!) Ice Bananas Foster 24oz was the saving grace for my mother's day breakfast today. It's always perfection.

The Ice Bananas Foster 32oz coffee is literally my favourite coffee in the whole world. Starbucks and Dunks have nothing on Crack'd. The food is good. Eggs are fresh and real and cooked to order, which is a hard thing to find at a coffee/bfast joint these days.

The white balsamic vinaigrette adds a tangy and slightly sweet flavor to the salad, while cucumber and cherry tomatoes provide a refreshing crunch. Adding crispy chicken as a topping was definitley a good decision.
