4th time in a row they didnt get my order right. I only order 2 things. And it's generally the exact same thing. If I order a large, I get a small. If I order a milkshake and a razzle. I get 2 milkshakes. One large one small. 4 times in a row. 2 items.

For some reason, every few times we order from here, the vanilla ice cream is pure sugar. I'm not quite sure what the reason for this would be (seems like maybe once a month it's made completely different).

There were no sprinkles really in the Soft Serve Razzle, so I should've just gotten vanilla ice cream for $4 less. There was no chocolate ice cream in the twist, which was disappointing. We still love it here, so someone maybe just had an off night.
