the mini cookies and brownie were super worth it, we put them in our air fryer for several minutes and they were delicious! however the price for two scoops of ice cream didn't feel worth it, it was delicious but too small

what a joke this place is, i normally do not comment, but a 9$ brownie sundae is literally one scoop of ice cream with a .50¢ brownie is insane. the icecream scoop was the size of a teaspoon. do not understand how this place is in business.

For a midnight birthday celebration, had ordered 4 Custom Cookie Sandwiches and got only 2. But I was charged for 4.
Also for one cookie sandwich I chose double chocolate cookies and when it came it seemed it had nuts in it. We are allergic to nuts, hence this could not be eaten.
Overall bad experience.

Hot Fudge Sundae - Brownie
On the menu this comes with hot fudge plus a topping along with two scoops of ice cream on the brownie. What I received was no hot fudge and only one scoop of ice cream.

Both pints were not full, like they used to be. Filled to about half an inch from the top. Otherwise very good.
