so I understand they are short staffed. and the cookies are great. but I am a little disappointed that I had placed a scheduled order a hour ahead. and not only was it ready almost 30 minutes late. but when I walked in no one greated me and asked me what was I there for. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and watched as someone who did a walk in order get their. I had to finally flag a lady down and ask her if my order was ready. and the excuse they gave me was that I didn't confirm i was there on the app. but when you do pickup on the doordash app it doesn't give you the option to say you arrived. and then it only took them a minute to make my order that should have been done already
