Crumble is very good , well made and handled with care. Very quality cookies. Personally , it's too much. Sugar and butter overload . The French toast cookie was amazing , and so was the apple crumble. However the blue monster was loaded with frosting , bleh

Mini cookies are unfortunately not the same experience as the regular ones. They were almost all hard and tough instead of soft and buttery. This was the case across the variety pack so it's a mini cookie issue, not just a random bad batch of one type. The exception is the chocolate chip cookie which was 10/10 but not even what I ordered so... stick to the normal size and just pick it up yourself so you can make sure you get the right flavors

I'm not one to have a huge sweet tooth but i CRAVE crumble cookies every single week. I love trying out the different cookies each week but i always order the pink sugar cookie because it's amazing but i have not had a cookie that wasn't phenomenal.

Always is a thing when I place order from you guys this time wasn't the exeption. The M&M cookie doesn't look like. Don't know if is the problem with the specific store from where I get them. But shame on you. Totally lacking of professionalism.

They put a "thank you" sticker on it when I didn't order a sticker, and these cookies were a gift and the "thank you" sticker was taken the complete wrong way by the receiver and caused issues. I wish they just left the sticker off... the other Crumbl's I've been to haven't added a sticker like that without my request. Sweet of them to thank me for ordering, but not the right way to do it. Cookies are good tho.
